At Revolve, commission is paid out on top of your competitive base salary, and it’s calculated as a percentage of our profit. Uncapped commission means if you continue to sell, you will continue to make commission – without a limit. That means no missing out on commission because you’ve already hit your quota. In fact, there’s a bonus commission percentage on sales above quota.
